At Compassionate Care Cultivators, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and services, we do provide refunds in cases where customers are dissatisfied. Refunds may be full or prorated depending on the type of product or service purchased, as outlined below.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- Products cannot be returned once shipped or delivered.
- Exchanges are not available.
💳 Refund Eligibility & Terms
1. CBD Body Butter (Topical Product)
- Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if the customer is not satisfied.
- Refunds are prorated if more than 25% of the product has been used.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase.
2. Therapeutic Oil (CBD Tinctures & Oils)
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase for dissatisfied customers.
- Refunds may be prorated based on the amount of product consumed.
- Bottles that are fully used are not eligible for a refund.
3. Coaching / Courses / NFTs
- Coaching Sessions & Courses: Refunds are prorated based on the number of sessions or course modules completed.
- NFTs: Due to blockchain permanence, refunds are not available once an NFT is transferred to your digital wallet. However, if a purchase error occurs on our platform prior to transfer, a refund may be reviewed.
4. Digital Downloads (PDFs, Guides, Educational Materials)
- All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you are unable to access your download due to a technical issue, we will provide a replacement file or, if unresolved, issue a refund.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Compassionate Care Cultivators reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the terms outlined above.
